Sizes

When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website. 

 

If you are having trouble on picking the right size for you, we can always help. All you have to do is contact us at info@petrihor.com or fill up a contact form so we can come back at you with all the information you might need.

Shipping times

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

That is a great question but the answer depends on your location!

If you are in Greece (national shippιng), it takes 24-48 hours for your order to arrive.

 

if you are anywhere else in the world (international shipping) the approximate shipping time is 7-10 business days.

Returns

What should i do to return my order?

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging, with all the labels still attached.

My order didn't arrive

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Our logistic operator will contact you if there is a failed initial delivery, to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer you can contact the post services that are handling your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery.

There are two main reasons why you might have not received your order:

Incorrect address: We recommend to check if the address provided is correct. 

Failed deliveries: The Courrier will try up to 3 times to deliver the package.

Damaged items

What if my items are damaged?

 

We work tirelesy to provide you with the best quality garments, but mistakes happen nevertheless. Its ok! Our team will always try to be there and to make things right as soon as possible. All you have to do is contact us at info@petrihor.com or fill up a contact form, and we will handle the rest by replacing your damaged item.

Track my order

How do I track my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email with order confirmation and the tracking number. You can use it to track your order or call the courier agency for more detailed info.
