Refund policy

 

 

We are so glad You became a Petrihor Family member, but we all know and understand that not everything goes to plan sometimes.


We will happily issue any exchanges on all undamaged & unworn items.


All items must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days from receiving, in order for us to proceed with the exchange/refund.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND


All sales items

Items must not have any kind of stains on them (make up, tan stains..)

Items must have all tags attached & untouched

Items must be in original packaging 

Items must not be damaged (cuts, tears..)

Parcel must have order number on the outside 


Your return items must then be verified by our team that it is in perfect condition in order to proceed with the refund.


*The cost of return is charged to the customer.


I PURCHASED IN WAREHOUSE:


In this case if you want to return it by visiting our warehouse you must bring along the receipt of your order and then if the item is in perfect condition we can offer you an exchange/refund, or a warehouse credit valid for 30 days after the day of the return. If you want to send your return item via courier we follow the same strategy with the only difference being that the customer is responsible for any courier cost.(Also warehouse credit can only be redeemed by visiting our warehouse and not online)


*Refunds on purchases with any form of payment other than cash will need to be processed first before we can make any transfer possible, which this usually can take about 3-4 days 


I PURCHASED ONLINE:


If you purchased online you must get in touch with our customer service at info@petrihor.com or call 2316-020949 in order to proceed with the return. Once your return request has been approved you can return in person to our warehouse or send your return via courier to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for any courier cost.


RETURN IN WAREHOUSE:


 If you choose to visit our warehouse for your return of an online order, you’ll need to wait for your return request to be approved and then the the next step is to take along your order confirmation email, order number, a returns card filled (its included in every online purchase) and your unworn item/s in original packaging. All exchanges and warehouse credits can be issued on the spot. Refunds will take about 3-4 day to be processed.


RETURN VIA COURIER: 


if you choose to return your online order via courier, you’ll need to also wait for your return request to be approved. Once your request is approved please send your return package back to our Warehouse at PAPAFI 14 THESSALONIKI GREECE 54639 with the returns card filled in and placed inside the package so we can identify you and process your return ASAP. Alternatively if you did not get a return card please write your name, order number, email address and return request on a piece of paper and place it inside the package.


PAY ATTENTION:


*Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.


*Warehouse credit can only be redeemed by visiting our Warehouse and NOT from our e-shop.
